COPPER LEAF BREWING
It’s been quite a journey since owners Jason Meyer, Clay Killian, and Bryan Meyer, decided to undertake development of this production brewery and tasting room. What drives them is innovating perceptions of what beer can be by creating a destination that offers their patrons an opportunity to educate their palates and broaden their perspective. To achieve this, Copper Leaf Brewing offers a variety of hand crafted ales and lagers, along with barrel aged and wild ales, using modern and old world brewing techniques.

My biggest inspiration is the beach. There’s something about the sun and the ocean that makes me feel the happiest. I wanted to create a space that felt similar to that. A place where my guests can escape and feel taken care of.
Owner and Stylist, Ali Smith, started her education in Boston, Ma, where she grew up and lived most of her life. She later moved to NY and continued working on her craft of hairdressing.
Working in the hair industry with over ten years of experience, she knew exactly what she wanted for her clients and stylists. A space with an intimate feel and more of a one on one experience that the client and stylist deserved.
